HR Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in the mining or mining contractor industry is highly preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience in multiple HR functions,
including: Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development. - Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Work location: Jakarta
