JOB VACANCY: SENIOR INTERPRETER (INDONESIAN-CHINESE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide accurate and clear interpretation during meetings, site visits, and conferences.
- Interpret technical discussions related to mining and construction/engineering projects.
- Translate technical documents, manuals, reports, and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between multilingual teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiations and discussions to ensure mutual understanding.
- Accompany engineers, project managers, and other professionals to mining and construction sites to interpret on-site communications.
- Provide language support during training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in the creation of bilingual training materials.
- Help bridge cultural gaps between international teams and local workers or communities.
- Provide interpretation during emergency situations to ensure clear communication of safety procedures and emergency protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- Extensive experience (5-10 years) in interpreting, especially in mining industry or engineering industry.
- Proven track record of interpreting at a senior level, handling complex and high-stakes situations.
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Chinese and Indonesian.
- Strong command of industry-specific terminology in both languages.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Interpreter (CI), Certified Conference Interpreter (CCI), or equivalent credentials from recognized institutions.
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills.
- Excellent memory and note-taking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
- High degree of professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work on site in Dairi, North Sumatera, Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

JOB VACANCY: AUDIT SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist to establish and improve the company’s audit supervision and management system.
- Responsible for the preparation of audit strategies and business plans.Â
- Prepare and implement internal audit of the company.
- Organize and follow up the audit rectification work of the audited entities.Â
- Assist to manage internal control and risk and compliance management assessment.
- Supervise procurement activities of the Company, provide guidance, inspection and assessment.Â
- Contact with all department regarding audit scope, status, and findings.
- Assist to Manage the internal department work, including but not limited to system formulation, document work, audit plan and other administrative affairs.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Execute other tasks and assignments as instructed by leaders in charge or superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, Accounting or Finance.
- 4-5 years of public accounting and/or private industry audit experience with knowledge of auditing finance, law, and general management and evidence of record accordingly.
- Knowledge of the Company Law, the Comprehensive Law on Job Creation and the Mine Safety Production Law of Indonesia.
- Strong initiative in work, full of methods and ideas in conduction work and diligent.
- Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in mining industry is a plus.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.

- Support with administrative tasks related to interpreting and translation work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in interpreting, ideally in the mining or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in the relevant languages.
- Basic interpreting certifications or relevant coursework is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good listening, memory, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow guidelines.
- Willingness to work on site in Dairi, North Sumatera, Indonesia.
- Flexibility in working hours as required.
