Responsibilities:
- Assisting to prepare various types of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate legal documents.
- Managing and archiving legal documents (soft & hard copies).
- Conducting research and gathering legal information, including regulations and laws related to specific legal cases or issues.
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of legal documents and ensuring that documents are well organized.
- Preparing documents re. to company licensing and ensuring legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assisting in maintaining good relations with clients and third parties re. company legal matters.
- Supporting Senior Legal team in managing legal tasks and ensuring the company’s legal compliance.
- Performing additional assignments given by Senior Legal team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Experienced in relevant field for a minimum of 2 years.
- Knowledgeable in the legal field.
- Good communication skills.
- Good literacy skills.
- Able to work in a team.
- Able to work under pressure.
