Job Vacancy – Jr. Legal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting to prepare various types of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate legal documents.
  • Managing and archiving legal documents (soft & hard copies).
  • Conducting research and gathering legal information, including regulations and laws related to specific legal cases or issues.
  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of legal documents and ensuring that documents are well organized.
  • Preparing documents re. to company licensing and ensuring legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in maintaining good relations with clients and third parties re. company legal matters.
  • Supporting Senior Legal team in managing legal tasks and ensuring the company’s legal compliance.
  • Performing additional assignments given by Senior Legal team.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Experienced in relevant field for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Knowledgeable in the legal field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good literacy skills.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Able to work under pressure.
