MANAGER OF CSD-FS
Responsibilities:
General Administration
- Responsible for formulating and improving the Company’s logistics support, comprehensive management and other relevant rules and regulations and the work process.
- Liaise with department’s service providers.
- Responsible for departments monthly and annual budget, plan and actual.
Facilities and Vehicles
- Responsible for the management of representative offices, housings, dining house, etc, including maintenance.
- Company’s vehicle management and arrangement.
- Transportation and accommodation (including meals) management.
- Management of supplies, equipment, furniture, business cards, and office acces cards.
- Management of the office and housing’s assets.
IT
- Responsible for the Company’s information system management.
- Responsible for the Company’s information system construction, such as internet, email, etc.
- Responsible for making purchasing plan for IT stuff, keeping and distributing company IT stuff.
- Ensuring that internet, email, phone are working effectively and liaise with the relevant providers.
- Responsible to provide technical assistance for company employees regarding IT issues.
Security
- Responsible for the management of company security
- This involves overseeing physical security measures, developing
and implementing security SOP, and responding to security
incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in relevant majors.
- Supervisor and above with minimal 3 years experience in similar
undertaking. - Experience in Mining Industries.
- Fluently in English both oral and written.
- Have a good leadership & communication skill, especially in
deliver the socialization to employees. - Computer literate & MS. Office.
- Personal Communication & Mass Communication,
Interrogation, Negotiation. - Well versed in MS Office.
- Administration, paperwork and filling management.

Superintendent CSR & Community Relations
Responsibilities:
Planning & Strategy
- Managing and supervising the implementation of CSR programs and Community Relations around the mining operation area to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, legal requirements, and community needs and aspirations.
- Develop an annual, sustainable CSR & Community Relations work plan in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Ensure programs are aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles and support the sustainability of mining operations.
- Build the Company’s reputation through programs that are visible and beneficial to stakeholders.
- Propose, design, and establish CSR programs that will become the Company’s Flagship initiatives.
CSR Program Implementation
- Supervise the implementation of community empowerment programs across 8 pillars.
- Ensure programs provide real and measurable benefits to local communities.
- Manage CSR budgets effectively, transparently, and accountably.
- Conduct evaluation and monitoring of implemented programs.
Community & Stakeholder Relations
- Conduct and manage stakeholder mapping data.
- Build communication and maintain harmonious relations with communities, traditional leaders, local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations and proactively resolve issues or potential social conflicts related to mining activities.
- Act as a liaison between the company and local communities to communicate information and aspirations.
- Build and maintain the reputation of the team and the Company.
- Conduct evaluation and monitoring of community relations programs being implemented.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all programs comply with regulations (Law No. 40/2007, Law No. 25/2007, Law No. 32/2009, etc.) and with the Company’s RIPPM.
- Prepare periodic reports on CSR & Community Relations implementation for management and regulators.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the impact of CSR programs.
Leadership & Team Development
- Guide and direct the CSR & Community Relations team (officers, staff, field facilitators).
- Build team capacity to effectively implement community needs–based programs.
- Ensure all company documents and confidential information are properly safeguarded.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sociology, Communication Studies, International Relations, Law, or Management.
- Proven achievements in CSR and Community Relations at previous companies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CSR/Community Development/External Relations within the mining sector.
- 5–10 years at supervisory level or equivalent (preferably in mining/energy industry).
- Strong understanding of CSR, environmental, and mining permit regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Fluently in English both oral and written.
- Able to work with multicultural communities and understand local wisdom.
- Strong leadership, results-oriented, and able to work in remote areas.
